LOOSE LEAF VS. TEA BAGS
Loose leaf tea is made up of whole leaves. Tea bags are made from the crumbs and dust left over after processing whole tea leaves. Essential oils, vitamins, antioxidants, minerals, aromas, and flavors are retained in whole leaves, which allows for re-steeping compared to tea bags, where these factors evaporate, leaving the tea less flavorful and stale. Loose leaf teas should not be brewed in a tea bag. Packing whole leaf tea into a small tea bag will not produce a very flavorful cup. The leaves require room to absorb water and expand as they brew, releasing all of their flavors and goodness. The best brew is to simply release the leaves into a teapot, mug, or thermos, then pour in boiling water and steep. The leaves will eventually sink to the bottom. Enjoy the tea and add more boiling water to the teapot, mug, or thermos when low. Multiple flavorful brews are the beauty of loose leaf teas!

SHIPPING POLICY
You should receive your order within 3 to 5 business days. It may take up to 2 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. We currently do not ship outside of the United States. We ship priority mail USPS and provide customers with tracking numbers in their confirmation email. Free shipping on orders of $50 or more.

We are not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to a wrong address, missing information, or not being present to receive the package. It is recommended that a person be present to accept the package or have it shipped to an office address or workplace if necessary.
