Ingredients: Puerh tea (Camellia sinensis)
 
From the Yunnan province of China, Puerh tea aka "po lei" have gone through years of fermentation giving this tea a unique earthy, woody, floral flavor. Similar to exquisite wine, it improves with age. During ancient times, Puerh teas were compressed for ease of trading. As of today, the compressed form is used mainly for convenience. 
This tea is great after greasy meals due to its benefit assisting in digestion and removing toxins from the body. Other health benefits include weight loss, heart health and lowers cholesterol.
